Shipping Policy

We strive to dispatch your order on the same day you place it (Monday - Friday) if it is placed before 10am. If you place your order after 10am, we will still attempt to dispatch it the same day, though there are no guarantees. During busy periods, please allow 1-2 additional working days for dispatch. Our current dispatch time is 24-48 hours.

We use Royal Mail to send our parcels. Please note that any issues or delays with couriers are out of our control. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by our couriers. We also cannot resend items which are already in transit.

In rare cases, we may be out of stock of a particular item. If this happens, we will notify you the same day.
